Denise Jomarron focuses her practices in the areas of probate, guardianships, estate planning, special needs planning, and Medicaid planning throughout the state of Florida since 2009. Mrs. Jomarron is trusted by clients and peers across the legal community. Prior to opening Denise Jomarron Legal Group, Mrs. Jomarron was a Partner with Suarez Law, specializing in estate planning, trusts, probate, guardianships, asset protection, elder law, special needs and Medicaid planning. She served as a judicial intern to The Honorable Judge Maria M. Korvick in the Eleventh Judicial Circuit Court of Miami-Dade County. Mrs. Jomarron is recognized by peers and was selected to Super Lawyer's Rising Stars in Elder Law for during the years of 2020 through 2022. This selection is based off of an evaluation of 12 indicators including peer recognition and professional achievement in legal practice. Mrs. Jomarron earned her Juris Doctorate, cum laude, from St. Thomas University School of Law in 2009. While in law school, she was a Senior Articles Editor of the St. Thomas Law Review and a member of the Moot Court Team. She earned her Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance, cum laude, from Florida International University in 2005. Mrs. Jomarron’s breadth of knowledge and hands on approach to problem resolution will provide a fresh approach to estate planning and probate matters by providing individualized attention for all clients.
