Denise Jomarron focuses her practice in Estate Planning, Medicaid Planning, Special Needs Planning, Wills, Trusts, Estates, and Guardianships. Prior to opening Denise Jomarron Legal Group, Denise was a Partner with Suarez Law, specializing in estate planning, trusts, probate, guardianships, asset protection, elder law, special needs and medicaid planning. Prior to joining Suarez Law, she served as a judicial intern to The Honorable Judge, Maria M. Korvick, with the Eleventh Judicial Circuit Court of Miami-Dade County.

Jomarron’s breadth of knowledge and hands on approach to problem resolution will provide a fresh approach to Estate Planning and Probate matters by providing individualized attention for all clients. Asked what separates her from other attorneys in the industry, Jomarron said that “a personal approach to legal services is lacking in most firms” and incentivizes her to provide support and personalized legal representation in an everchanging legal landscape.
